🫐 Blueberry Donuts
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, butter, and egg.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
- Fold in blueberries carefully.
- Shape into donuts or use molds.
- Bake 12–14 minutes or fry until golden brown.
- Optional: Dip in blueberry glaze or dust with sugar.
