🍫 Lunch Lady Brownie
Brownie Layer:
- 1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Chocolate Glaze:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 pan.
- Mix butter, sugar, and cocoa. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
- Stir in flour and salt until smooth. Pour into pan and bake 22–25 minutes.
- Mix glaze ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spread over warm brownies.
- Cool completely before slicing.
