Swiss Roll Recipe Collection – Chocolate, Vanilla, Lemon & Red Velvet

❤️ Red Velvet Swiss Roll

Ingredients:

For the Cake:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Red food coloring (as needed)

Filling:

  • 1 cup heavy cream, sweetened and whipped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a 10×15-inch tray.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar until thick (5–7 min).
  3. Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Fold in.
  4. Add oil, vanilla, and food color. Mix gently.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
  6. Roll while warm. Cool completely.
  7. Unroll, fill with whipped cream, re-roll, and chill.
