❤️ Red Velvet Swiss Roll
Ingredients:
For the Cake:
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Red food coloring (as needed)
Filling:
- 1 cup heavy cream, sweetened and whipped
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a 10×15-inch tray.
- Beat eggs and sugar until thick (5–7 min).
- Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Fold in.
- Add oil, vanilla, and food color. Mix gently.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes.
- Roll while warm. Cool completely.
- Unroll, fill with whipped cream, re-roll, and chill.
