Swiss Roll Recipe Collection – Chocolate, Vanilla, Lemon & Red Velvet

🍋 Lemon Swiss Roll

Ingredients:

For the Cake:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp lemon zest

Filling:

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream whipped with 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a tray with parchment.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar until thick and pale.
  3. Sift dry ingredients and fold into the egg mixture.
  4. Add oil and lemon zest; mix gently.
  5. Spread into the tray and bake for 10–12 minutes.
  6. Roll in parchment while warm. Let cool completely.
  7. Unroll, add whipped cream, roll again, chill, and serve.
