Swiss Roll Recipe Collection – Chocolate, Vanilla, Lemon & Red Velvet

🍦 Vanilla Swiss Roll

Ingredients:

For the Cake:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Filling:

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream, whipped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a 10×15-inch tray with parchment.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar 5–7 minutes until fluffy.
  3. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold into the egg mixture.
  4. Add oil and vanilla; mix gently.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until springy to the touch.
  6. Roll in parchment while warm, let cool.
  7. Unroll, spread whipped cream, re-roll, chill before slicing.
