👩🍳 Preparation
1️⃣ Prepare the Dough
- In a small bowl, mix the yeast with lukewarm water and let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
- Knead until smooth and elastic (about 8 minutes). Cover and let rest for 30–45 minutes, or until doubled in size.
2️⃣ Caramelize the Bananas
- In a skillet, melt the butter and add the brown sugar.
- Add banana slices and cook for 2–3 minutes until golden and lightly caramelized.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Let cool slightly.
