Sweet Banana & Nutella Calzone

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Divide dough into 2–4 equal portions. Roll each into a circle about 15 cm (6 inches) in diameter.
  3. Spread 1 tbsp Nutella on one half of each dough circle, then add caramelized bananas.
  4. Fold the dough over into a half-moon shape. Press edges to seal, using a bit of water if needed. Crimp with a fork for extra hold.
  5. Place calzones on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  1. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  2. Let cool slightly. Dust with icing sugar and serve with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
