Surf & Turf Noodle Stir-Fry with Steak and Shrimp

1ļøāƒ£ Sear the Steak

Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add steak cubes, season with salt and pepper, and sear for 2–3 minutes until browned and just cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.

2ļøāƒ£ Cook the Shrimp

In the same pan, add shrimp. SautĆ© for 1–2 minutes per side, just until pink and curled. Remove and set aside with the steak.

3ļøāƒ£ Stir-Fry the Veggies

Add garlic, onion, bell pepper, and shredded carrots to the pan. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened. Add spinach or bok choy and cook until just wilted.

4ļøāƒ£ Sauce It Up

Add the cooked noodles to the pan. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through.

5ļøāƒ£ Bring Back the Protein

Return the cooked steak and shrimp to the pan. Mix everything well so the meat and seafood are coated in the sauce and fully warmed.
