🥗 Salad Assembly
Salad Base:
- 4 cups mixed greens (romaine, spinach, or lettuce)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh, canned, or grilled)
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese
Assembly Instructions:
- Layer mixed greens in a large bowl or on individual plates.
- Arrange tomatoes, corn, black beans, bell pepper, avocado, and red onion over greens.
- Add sliced grilled chicken and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
