🥩 Chicken Marinade
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Juice of ½ lime
Instructions:
- Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Coat chicken evenly and let marinate while prepping other ingredients.
- Grill or pan-sear over medium-high heat, 6–7 minutes per side, until cooked through (internal temp 165°F/75°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
