đŠâđł Instructions
1. Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and cut the potatoes into halves or quarters, making sure they are uniform in size for even cooking. Pat dry with paper towels if damp.
2. Season the Potatoes
In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved or quartered potatoes with the Lipton Onion Soup Mix, olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, black pepper, and paprika (if using). Toss well until the potatoes are evenly coated.
3. Load the Slow Cooker
Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray or a bit of oil to prevent sticking. Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the slow cooker, spreading them in an even layer.
4. Cook
Cover and cook on low for 4â5 hours or on high for 2â3 hours, until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork. Stir gently once or twice during cooking to ensure even distribution of the seasoning.
