Savory Shrimp & Crab Biscuit Melts

👩‍🍳 How to Make It

1️⃣ 🥣 Make the Filling

In a bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, shredded cheese, mayo or cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Stir until fully combined and creamy.

2️⃣ 🥐 Roll & Fill the Biscuits

Flatten each biscuit into a round disc about 4–5 inches across. Scoop 1–2 tablespoons of filling into the center of each. Fold and seal the edges tightly to form a stuffed biscuit pocket. Place seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.

3️⃣ 🧈 Brush & Bake

Brush each biscuit top with melted butter. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 13–15 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.

4️⃣ ❄️ Cool & Serve

Let the melts rest for a few minutes to avoid burning your mouth on molten filling. Serve warm for the best texture and flavor.
