Quick yogurt pancakes – no oven required, only 5 minutes!

Frying oil

Preparation method:

In a bowl, beat the egg with the yogurt, add the sugar, vanilla and a pinch of salt.

Gradually add the flour and baking powder, mixing until you obtain a smooth and thick consistency.

Heat a little oil in a pan.

Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the baking sheet, forming small pancakes.

Cook over low heat for about 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.

Serving and storage instructions:

Serve with honey, maple syrup, fruit or yogurt.

They taste best warm, but can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

You can refresh them by heating them in a dry pan or in the microwave for a few seconds.
