Instructions
- Mix the base: In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, protein powder, and crushed pretzels. Stir until the mixture is well blended and forms a thick dough-like consistency.
- Form the cups: Line a mini muffin tin with 8 paper liners. Divide the peanut butter mixture evenly among the liners, pressing it firmly into the bottom of each cup to create a flat surface.
- Add the chocolate: Spoon melted dark chocolate over the top of each peanut butter cup, spreading it gently to cover the surface.
- Chill to set: Place the tray in the refrigerator and chill for about 20 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm and the cups hold their shape.
