Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Creamy Garlic Sauce

👇 Directions

1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken:

  1. In a shallow bowl, mix together Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs.
  3. Dip each chicken cutlet into the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly in the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture. Press gently to adhere.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp: 165°F/74°C).
  5. Transfer the cooked chicken to a plate and keep warm.

2️⃣ Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

  1. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant (do not brown).
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
  4. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and let simmer for 3–5 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
