No-Bake Caramel Biscuit Dessert

Prepare the caramel cream

In a bowl, whisk the caramel treat until completely smooth and lump-free. This step ensures the caramel blends evenly into the cream later, creating a silky texture throughout the dessert.

In a separate bowl, whisk the fresh cream until thick and soft peaks form. The cream should be airy and stable, but not overwhipped.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the caramel treat, mixing until fully combined. The result should be light, creamy, and evenly caramel-colored.

Prepare the biscuit layer

Crush the Oreo or Tennis biscuits until you have fine crumbs with a little texture remaining. This adds structure and a pleasant crunch between the creamy layers.

Layer the dessert

In a serving dish or individual glasses, begin with a layer of crushed biscuits. Spoon over a generous layer of the caramel cream mixture, smoothing it gently with the back of a spoon.

Sprinkle a layer of grated chocolate over the cream. Repeat the layers—biscuits, caramel cream, and chocolate—until all ingredients are used, finishing with cream and chocolate on top.

Chill, Garnish & Serve
