Instructions
1. Bake the Potatoes:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Scrub and dry the russet potatoes, then rub them with olive oil and a generous pinch of kosher salt.
- Place directly on the oven rack and bake for 50–60 minutes, or until fork-tender. Set aside to cool slightly before slicing open.
2. Cook the Proteins:
- Generously season the steak, chicken, and shrimp with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
- In a hot skillet, melt a tablespoon of butter. Sear the steak cubes for about 3–4 minutes per side until medium and browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked (about 6–8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- Finally, sauté the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, just until pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
