Loaded Baked Potato with Steak, Chicken & Shrimp

Instructions

1. Bake the Potatoes:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Scrub and dry the russet potatoes, then rub them with olive oil and a generous pinch of kosher salt.
  3. Place directly on the oven rack and bake for 50–60 minutes, or until fork-tender. Set aside to cool slightly before slicing open.

2. Cook the Proteins:

  1. Generously season the steak, chicken, and shrimp with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
  2. In a hot skillet, melt a tablespoon of butter. Sear the steak cubes for about 3–4 minutes per side until medium and browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked (about 6–8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  4. Finally, sauté the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, just until pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
