- Mix bulgur with chopped vegetables, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.

- In a blender or food processor, combine cooked chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of water if needed to adjust consistency.

- Blend roasted red peppers, walnuts or pine nuts, garlic, chili, a bit of olive oil, and salt into a thick paste.
4️⃣ 🍗 Marinate the Chicken
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, chopped parsley, and cilantro.
- Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
5️⃣ 🔥 Cook the Chicken
- Heat a skillet or grill pan over high heat. Cook the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through (approx. 6–8 minutes total).
6️⃣ 🧀 Grill the Halloumi
- Slice halloumi into thick strips. Dry-grill in a nonstick pan until golden on both sides (about 1–2 minutes per side).
