Kotlety mielone are delicious served piping hot, accompanied by mashed potatoes or a fresh salad. They are also very good cold and can be slipped into a bun for a burger-style version.
Storage instructions
- These meatballs are excellent both hot and cold.
- If there are any left over, keep them in the refrigerator for a maximum of 2 days.
- They heat up easily in a pan or microwave.
For even more tenderness, you can stir in a tablespoon of plain yogurt or cream. This improves the texture without altering the taste.
