Indian Menu – Royal Spices

  • 300 g basmati rice
  • 600 ml water
  • 4 g salt

  • 4 plain naan breads
  • 120 g paneer (cubed)

👩‍🍳 Preparation Steps

1️⃣ 🍗 Cook the Chicken

  1. Melt the butter in a sauté pan. Add chopped onion, garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until lightly golden.

2️⃣ 🌶️ Make the Masala Sauce

  1. Add paprika, garam masala, and turmeric. Stir for 30 seconds.
  2. Stir in tomato purée. Simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.

3️⃣ 🥛 Finish the Chicken Tikka Masala

  1. Add chicken pieces. Simmer for 12 minutes until fully cooked.
  2. Add cream, adjust salt, and cook for 5 more minutes. Sprinkle chopped coriander before serving.

4️⃣ 🌿 Prepare the Saag

  1. Melt butter. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until soft.
  2. Add spinach. Cook until wilted. Blend lightly for a coarse texture.
  3. Add cream, cumin, and salt. Stir gently to combine.
