👩🍳 Preparation Steps
1️⃣ 🍗 Cook the Chicken
- Melt the butter in a sauté pan. Add chopped onion, garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until lightly golden.
2️⃣ 🌶️ Make the Masala Sauce
- Add paprika, garam masala, and turmeric. Stir for 30 seconds.
- Stir in tomato purée. Simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.
3️⃣ 🥛 Finish the Chicken Tikka Masala
- Add chicken pieces. Simmer for 12 minutes until fully cooked.
- Add cream, adjust salt, and cook for 5 more minutes. Sprinkle chopped coriander before serving.
4️⃣ 🌿 Prepare the Saag
- Melt butter. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until soft.
- Add spinach. Cook until wilted. Blend lightly for a coarse texture.
- Add cream, cumin, and salt. Stir gently to combine.
