Garlic Butter Cod Strips with Sweet Chili Lime Sauce

  1. Season the Cod
    Pat cod strips dry with paper towels. Season evenly with salt, pepper, paprika, and lime juice.

  2. Cook the Cod
    Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
    Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant (do not brown).
    Add cod strips in a single layer and cook 2–3 minutes per side, until lightly golden and flaky. Remove from heat.

  3. Make the Sauce
    In a small bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, lime juice, honey, soy or fish sauce, and garlic or ginger (if using).

  4. Finish & Serve
    Drizzle sweet chili lime sauce over the cod or serve on the side. Spoon extra garlic butter from the pan over the top for maximum flavor.
