Flan Favorites – Classic, Coconut, Coffee & Chocolate

🥥 2. Coconut Flan

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar (for caramel)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Caramel: Melt sugar and coat the base of your dish.
  2. Custard: Mix together condensed milk, coconut milk, eggs, yolks, and optional coconut shreds.
  3. Bake: Pour mixture over caramel and bake in a water bath at 325°F (160°C) for 45–55 minutes.
  4. Chill: Cool and refrigerate until set before unmolding.
