🥥 2. Coconut Flan
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar (for caramel)
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
- 3 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions:
- Caramel: Melt sugar and coat the base of your dish.
- Custard: Mix together condensed milk, coconut milk, eggs, yolks, and optional coconut shreds.
- Bake: Pour mixture over caramel and bake in a water bath at 325°F (160°C) for 45–55 minutes.
- Chill: Cool and refrigerate until set before unmolding.
