Flan Favorites – Classic, Coconut, Coffee & Chocolate

☕ 3. Coffee Flan

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar (for caramel)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee or 2 tbsp strong brewed coffee

Instructions:

  1. Caramel: Melt sugar and pour into the dish.
  2. Custard: Mix condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, and coffee until smooth and fully dissolved.
  3. Bake: Pour over caramel and bake in a water bath at 325°F (160°C) for 45–60 minutes.
  4. Chill: Cool completely, refrigerate, then invert to serve.
