☕ 3. Coffee Flan
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar (for caramel)
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tbsp instant coffee or 2 tbsp strong brewed coffee
Instructions:
- Caramel: Melt sugar and pour into the dish.
- Custard: Mix condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, and coffee until smooth and fully dissolved.
- Bake: Pour over caramel and bake in a water bath at 325°F (160°C) for 45–60 minutes.
- Chill: Cool completely, refrigerate, then invert to serve.
