👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Filet Mignon
- Remove the steaks from the refrigerator about 20 minutes before cooking to bring them to room temperature.
- Pat dry and season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper on both sides.
2️⃣ Sear the Filet
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a heavy skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steaks for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust to your preferred doneness.
- Transfer the steaks to a plate, tent with foil, and let rest while you prepare the shrimp and sauce.
3️⃣ Grill the Shrimp
- In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
- Add shrimp in a single layer and grill for 2–3 minutes per side until pink, opaque, and lightly charred.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
