Dill Pickle Stuffed Meatballs with Tangy Dipping Sauce

đŸ‘©â€đŸł Instructions

1. Prepare the Meat Mixture

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, dill, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until everything is evenly distributed—do not overmix, as this can toughen the meatballs.

2. Form and Stuff the Meatballs

  1. Take about 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture and flatten slightly in your hand.
  2. Place a small pickle piece in the center, then mold the meat around it to form a tight ball, fully enclosing the pickle.
  3. Repeat until all meatballs are formed.

3. Brown the Meatballs

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the meatballs and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown on all sides.

4. Cook Through

Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and cook for another 8–10 minutes or until the meatballs are fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 160°F / 71°C).

5. Make the Dipping Sauce (Optional)
