Crockpot Pecan Pie – Easy & Irresistible Slow Cooker Dessert

Step 1 – Prep the Slow Cooker

  1. Spray the inside of your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.

Step 2 – Add the Pie Crust

  1. Place the uncooked pie crust into the bottom of the slow cooker and gently press it up the sides about 1/2 inch. Smooth out any air bubbles or folds.

Step 3 – Mix the Filling

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, dark corn syrup, melted margarine, vanilla extract, and broken pecans until well combined.
  2. Pour the filling mixture over the prepared pie crust in the slow cooker.

Step 4 – Cook

  1. Cover the crockpot with the lid and cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours, or until the filling is set in the center and the edges are lightly browned.
  2. Turn off the slow cooker and allow the pie to cool slightly before removing.
