Crock Pot Banana Bread (Slow Cooker Recipe)

  1. Cream butter, sugar, and eggs:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, eggs, and granulated sugar. Beat until the mixture is smooth and well combined. The butter should be fully incorporated for a creamy base.
  2. Add dry ingredients:
    Stir in the baking powder, baking soda, salt, and 1 cup of the flour. Mix until smooth and lump-free.
  3. Finish the batter:
    Add the remaining cup of flour and continue mixing until a thick batter forms. Then stir in the mashed bananas until the mixture is fully blended and smooth.

  5. Prepare the baking dish:
    Grease a small baking dish or loaf pan that fits inside a 6-quart crock pot. Pour the banana bread batter into the dish and smooth the top.
