Crispy Honey Garlic Chicken – Sweet, Sticky & Irresistibly Crunchy

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Season the Chicken

Pat chicken pieces dry with paper towels. Lightly season with salt and black pepper to taste.

2. Bread the Chicken

  1. Coat each chicken piece in cornstarch, shaking off excess.
  2. Dip into the beaten eggs.
  3. Optionally coat again with a light dusting of cornstarch for extra crispiness.

3. Fry Until Crispy

  1. Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Fry chicken in batches for 4–6 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
