1. Season the Chicken
Pat chicken pieces dry with paper towels. Lightly season with salt and black pepper to taste.
2. Bread the Chicken
- Coat each chicken piece in cornstarch, shaking off excess.
- Dip into the beaten eggs.
- Optionally coat again with a light dusting of cornstarch for extra crispiness.
3. Fry Until Crispy
- Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry chicken in batches for 4–6 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
