🛒 Ingredients

  • 100 g grated cheese (Emmental or Cheddar)
  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds (e.g. sesame, poppy seeds, chia seeds…)

👩‍🍳 Directions

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven 🔥

Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan) or 220°C (conventional). Line a baking sheet with smooth parchment paper or use a silicone baking mat for easy release.

2️⃣ Form the Cheese Mounds 🧀

Drop small mounds of grated cheese (about 1 tablespoon each) onto the baking sheet. Be sure to space them well apart — the cheese will melt and spread.

3️⃣ Add the Seed Toppings 🌱

Sprinkle a pinch of mixed seeds over each cheese mound. Press gently with the back of a spoon to flatten slightly and create a thin, even circle.

4️⃣ Bake Until Golden 🧑‍🍳

Bake in the preheated oven for 7–10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crisp. Watch closely from the 7-minute mark — they brown quickly!
