I tried this Creamy Tomato Cucumber Salad and I’m already craving it again… It’s the kind of dish that feels instantly refreshing, with crisp vegetables and a cool, tangy dressing that comes together effortlessly.

Prepare the Vegetables

  1. Place the thinly sliced cucumbers, chopped tomatoes, and sliced sweet onion into a large mixing bowl. Make sure the cucumbers are sliced evenly so they absorb the dressing consistently, and pat the tomatoes gently with a paper towel if they seem overly juicy—this helps keep the salad from becoming watery as it chills.

Mix the Dressing

  1. In a smaller bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, and sugar (if using). Mix until the dressing is completely smooth and creamy.
