Creamy Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine according to package directions, about 10–12 minutes, until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2️⃣ Steam the Broccoli

While the pasta cooks, steam the broccoli florets for 4–5 minutes, or until bright green and just tender. Set aside.

3️⃣ Sear the Chicken

Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through. Remove from heat and slice into thin strips.

4️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce

In the same pan used for the chicken, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan and cook for 2–3 minutes, until melted and smooth. The sauce should be slightly thickened but still creamy.
