Cookies and Cream Cake


1. Place the white chocolate in a bowl.
2. Heat 1/4 cup of the cream and pour it over the chocolate, stirring until melted. Set aside to cool.
3. Whip the cream cheese and add it to the cooled chocolate mixture.
4. In another bowl, whip the remaining 3/4 cup of cream until stiff.
5. Fold the whipped cream and finely crushed Oreos into the mixture with a spatula.
6. Refrigerate.

3. Frosting
1. Beat the butter for 30 seconds.
2. Add the cream cheese and beat for another minute.
3. Add the powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla, mix on low speed, then beat on high speed for 2 minutes.
4. Add 1/2 cup of crushed Oreos.

4. Ganache
1. Place the dark chocolate in a bowl.
2. Heat the cream and pour it over the chocolate.
3. Stir until smooth.
4. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes to thicken slightly.

🎂 Assembling the Cake
1. Place the first cake layer on a serving stand. You can brush it with sugar syrup if you like.
2. Pipe a barrier of frosting around the edge.
3. Spread mousse in the middle.
4. Prepare all the layers in the same way.
5. Cover the entire outside of the cake with frosting.
6. Press the remaining Oreo crumbs into the sides.
7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
8. Drizzle ganache over the sides so it runs down.
9. Pipe whipped cream on top as desired and decorate with Oreos.
