- 1 kg gammon
- 2 L Coca-Cola
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 celery stick, chopped
- 7 garlic cloves
- 6 peppercorns
- 3 star anise
- 2 bay leaves
- 10 whole cloves
- 1 tsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
- 40 whole cloves, for studding

- ¼ cup (60 ml) cooking liquid from the gammon
- ¼ cup (60 ml) brown sugar
- 1 cup (200 ml) Coca-Cola
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) wholegrain mustard
