- Preheat oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease a loaf pan.
- Mix the meatloaf: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix gently with your hands or a spoon until just combined — do not overmix to keep it tender.
- Shape: Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or shape into a loaf on a lined baking sheet.
- Make the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake: Bake uncovered for 50–60 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
