Chocolate-Coated Brownie Truffles

6️⃣ ❄️ Cool & Chill

Let the brownie cool completely in the pan, then refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm it up for shaping.

7️⃣ ✋ Shape the Truffles

Crumble the chilled brownie into a bowl. Form into 25–30 g balls with your hands (use gloves or damp hands for easier rolling). Place on a baking sheet and freeze for 20 minutes (or chill for 40 minutes) to harden.

8️⃣ 🍫 Coat with Chocolate

Melt 180 g dark chocolate. Dip each chilled truffle using a fork or skewer, letting excess drip off. Place on parchment paper.

9️⃣ 🍫 Add White Chocolate Drizzle

Melt 60 g white chocolate. Transfer to a piping bag or small plastic bag and snip the corner. Drizzle over the truffles in a zigzag pattern.

🔟 ✨ Finish with Toppings

Sprinkle chocolate chips or shavings over each truffle before the coating sets. Chill for 20–30 minutes until firm.
