Chicken and Curry Calzones (Air Fryer or Oven-Baked)

1️⃣ Make the Dough

  1. Mix the yeast, lukewarm water, and sugar in a bowl. Let rest for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
  2. In another bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add olive oil and the yeast mixture.
  3. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in volume.

2️⃣ Prepare the Filling

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  2. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Cook until golden and fully cooked.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in cream or yogurt and mix well. Let it cool slightly.
  4. Fold in the grated mozzarella and chopped coriander if using.
