Chicken and Curry Calzones (Air Fryer or Oven-Baked)

  1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 5 minutes (or preheat oven to 200°C / 390°F).
  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each into a circle ~15 cm (6 inches) wide.
  3. Place filling in the center of each round, leaving a 2 cm (¾-inch) border.
  4. Fold in half to create a half-moon shape. Seal edges by pressing with fingers, then crimp with a fork.
  5. Brush the tops with egg yolk for a golden finish.

4️⃣ Cooking

  1. Air fryer: Place calzones in the basket without touching. Cook at 180°C (350°F) for 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp.
  2. Oven: Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
