Cheesy Spinach Ricotta Ring

  1. Prepare the Pan

Grease a 9.5‑inch ring or bundt pan. Line the bottom and sides with cheese slices, ensuring no gaps.

  1. Mix the Filling

In a bowl, combine spinach, ricotta, eggs, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.

  1. Assemble

Pour mixture into cheese‑lined pan. Smooth the top and sprinkle with extra Parmesan.

  1. Cook

Stovetop method: Cover and cook on low‑medium heat in a snug pot for 20 minutes.

Oven method: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until set.

  1. Rest and Serve

Let rest 5 minutes. Flip onto a plate, lift off the pan, and slice. Enjoy warm or chill and reheat later.
