Cajun Salmon with Garlic Mash and Shrimp Veggie Medley

  1. Place the cubed potatoes into a pot of well-salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 12–15 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender and break apart easily.
  2. Drain the potatoes thoroughly and return them to the pot. Add butter, minced garlic, milk or cream, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mash and whip the potatoes until smooth, creamy, and fluffy. Adjust seasoning as needed, keeping the texture soft enough to spread easily on the plate.
