Bundt Cake Favorites – Lemon, Chocolate, Pumpkin & Coconut

🎃 Pumpkin Bundt Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups pumpkin purée
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease Bundt pan well.
  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  3. Cream butter with both sugars until fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add pumpkin purée.
  5. Alternate adding flour mixture and buttermilk. Mix gently.
  6. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 45–55 minutes.
  7. Cool 15 minutes before removing. Drizzle with cream cheese glaze if desired.
