🎃 Pumpkin Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups pumpkin purée
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease Bundt pan well.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
- Cream butter with both sugars until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time. Add pumpkin purée.
- Alternate adding flour mixture and buttermilk. Mix gently.
- Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 45–55 minutes.
- Cool 15 minutes before removing. Drizzle with cream cheese glaze if desired.
