🍫 Chocolate Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
- Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar until light. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Mix in sour cream until smooth. Add dry ingredients and stir to combine.
- Pour into pan and bake for 50–60 minutes.
- Cool 15 minutes before turning out. Top with chocolate ganache if desired.
