Bundt Cake Favorites – Lemon, Chocolate, Pumpkin & Coconut

🍫 Chocolate Bundt Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  2. Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until light. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  4. Mix in sour cream until smooth. Add dry ingredients and stir to combine.
  5. Pour into pan and bake for 50–60 minutes.
  6. Cool 15 minutes before turning out. Top with chocolate ganache if desired.
