🍋 Lemon Bundt Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Stir in lemon zest and juice.
  5. Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk. Mix until just combined.
  6. Pour into the prepared pan and bake 45–55 minutes.
  7. Cool 15 minutes, then invert onto rack. Glaze if desired.
