- In another bowl, mix the melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and blueberry Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the blueberries gently to avoid bursting.
3. Bake:
- Scoop the batter evenly into the muffin cups.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Optional: For crispier tops, broil for 3–4 minutes after baking.

In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and blueberry jam until smooth and pourable.
