- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In the baking dish, whisk together the Bisquick mix, milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon until smooth and fully combined. Stir in the melted butter until the batter is silky and evenly blended.
- In a separate bowl, gently stir the drained peaches with the sugar until the fruit is well coated.
- Spoon the peaches evenly over the batter. Do not stir — as it bakes, the batter will rise up around the peaches and form the cobbler crust.
- Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until the top is golden brown and set and the edges are bubbling.
