Best Peach Cobbler Ever (Old-Time Oven Classic)

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In the baking dish, whisk together the Bisquick mix, milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon until smooth and fully combined. Stir in the melted butter until the batter is silky and evenly blended.
  3. In a separate bowl, gently stir the drained peaches with the sugar until the fruit is well coated.
  4. Spoon the peaches evenly over the batter. Do not stir — as it bakes, the batter will rise up around the peaches and form the cobbler crust.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until the top is golden brown and set and the edges are bubbling.
