  • 2 knobs butter
  • 2 tbsp harissa sauce or any hot sauce
  • 1 tsp honey

Potato, Broccoli & Cauliflower Salad

  • 500 g baby potatoes, boiled, cooled, and halved
  • 1 cup broccoli and cauliflower, steamed until tender
  • Red pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 streaky bacon strips, crispy fried and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp aromat
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Nola Ultra Creamy Mayonnaise (to bind the salad)
