At a four-way intersection, there’s a specific order for overtaking. In practice, vehicles approaching from the upper right have the right of way in the absence of specific signs; in the case of railway vehicles, emergency vehicles, or trains, these have the right of way.
If four vehicles traveling in four different directions must pass through an intersection, the car or other vehicle has the right of way to proceed straight ahead. After the vehicle that needs to proceed straight ahead has crossed the road, the other vehicle that arrived first must have the right of way.
Vehicles turning left must yield to other vehicles at the intersection. Therefore, vehicles turning left must first yield to all other vehicles approaching the intersection. It’s important to note that emergency vehicles using flashing lights or sirens always have the right of way.
