Veggie Ranch Cream Cheese Spread

  1. Soften the cream cheese:
    Place cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and let it sit at room temperature until soft for easy mixing.
  2. Beat the base:
    Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese on medium speed for about 3 minutes, until it’s fluffy and smooth.
  3. Add the flavor:
    Sprinkle in the ranch seasoning mix and continue beating for 1 more minute until fully incorporated.
  4. Fold in veggies:
    Use a rubber spatula to gently fold in the finely diced carrot, red bell pepper, chopped broccoli, and green onions. Mix until the vegetables are evenly distributed throughout the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Chill:
    Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture to an airtight container. Refrigerate for several hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to meld and the texture to firm up.
  6. Serve:
    Enjoy as a bagel spread, veggie dip, or sandwich spread. It’s also great as a filling for wraps, celery sticks, or crackers!
