Ingredients :

1 to 2 teaspoons of dried leaves (or 2 to 3 fresh leaves).

1 cup of hot water (85-90°C).

Optional: honey or lemon.
Preparation :

Wash the leaves thoroughly if they are fresh.

Heat the water without letting it boil.

Add the plantain to the water and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes .

Strain and serve. Add honey or lemon to taste.
Consumption method:

Drink 1 to 3 cups per day .
-
Can be eaten hot or cold.
