Southern Shrimp Beef Nacho Fries
Steps
Cook the fries as per package instructions and spread them on a large plate. Arrange tortilla chips around the edges of the plate.
In a pan, brown the ground beef with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside when fully cooked.
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté the shrimp until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
In a saucepan, melt butter and heat heavy cream. Gradually mix in shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses with paprika, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Layer fries and tortilla chips on a plate. Top with cooked ground beef, shrimp, and diced tomato.
Pour the hot cheese sauce evenly over the assembled fries and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
