Praline Buttermilk Pound Cake

  1. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
  2. Bake for 65–75 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  3. Let the cake cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

4. Make the Praline Topping:

  1. In a small saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Add heavy cream and cook 2–3 minutes until bubbly and thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chopped pecans.

5. Finish & Serve:

Drizzle warm or cooled cake with praline topping. Slice and enjoy!

Tips:

  • Toasted pecans add an extra layer of flavor.
  • Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an indulgent dessert.
